The Greek Mezze prides itself in creating all dishes from beginning to end on the premises. This is achieved via its talented staff from Poppy (the mother in the kitchen) rolling her traditional dolmades to the young chefs, Dimitri, Panos and head chef Steve bringing the authenticity that they have learnt from their yiayia's to their dishes (cuisine).
